After 30 years, we wanted to do something special to say thank you to the customers who have supported Lady Designer Wear throughout our journey.
Whether you’ve been shopping with us since those very first days in the Royal Arcade, discovered us more recently, visited us in our Wigan boutique or have become one of our online customers from further afield, your support has helped make Lady Designer Wear what it is today.
And we really couldn’t do it without you.
From a little Wigan boutique to customers around the world
When Lady Designer Wear began in 1996, things looked very different.
There was no online shop, no social media and certainly no scrolling through your phone to discover the latest collection!
What started as a small boutique in the heart of Wigan has grown and evolved over the years, while one thing has remained exactly the same: our love of fashion and our love of helping women find something they feel fantastic wearing.
Today, we’re still proud to welcome customers to our Wigan store, while also sending beautiful designer fashion to customers across the UK and around the world.
We’ve watched trends come and go, welcomed new designers, adapted to changing times and embraced the world of online shopping but our personal approach has never changed.
We still believe that shopping for clothes should be enjoyable, personal and, most importantly, make you feel great.
30 years wouldn't be possible without you
Looking back over the last three decades, there are so many memories, customers and moments to be grateful for.
Some customers have been with us from the very beginning. Others have only recently discovered Lady Designer Wear. Many of you have become familiar faces, friends and part of the Lady Designer Wear family.
We’ve helped you find outfits for weddings, holidays, cruises, special birthdays, celebrations and those occasions where you simply wanted something fabulous to wear.
And through all of it, you’ve continued to support our independent business.
So this October is our way of saying thank you.
