Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Lady Designer Wear.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but do recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items.

If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it with all labels attached and in an unworn condition.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer.

It may be beneficial for UK  customers to use a return postal service that ensures a proof of postage,  as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on their return to us .

For International customers, any import/export customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Items in the Sale are still eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the time we receive the item.

Please allow a few days for the refund to reach your account.
